Well, here are the gory details. Please note that all costs are in US Dollars, and not Canadian Pesos, as we are quickly learning that US greenbacks are almost a universal currency .

Also, note that daily expenses include hotel, food, inner-city transportation (city buses or taxis), internet fees, special attraction entrance fees and other basic items, including necessities for two people. Transportation fees include city to city transportation on buses, including night buses. Tours are any tour guide services, and may or may not include housing for one night and food (depends on the tour).
